knowing the difference between business and
personal styles when producing documents.

memo?
- Which document needs a signature: a
memo, a letter, an email?
- In which type of document can you use
informal language?
You will also develop confidence and gain
skills in using punctuation, grammar and
develop spelling strategies to tackle confusing
business words. You will be working towards
gaining a National Test qualification.
