You also have the right to.

Make a complaint if you are not satisfied with the service you receive.

The charter also states what we expect of you in return.

Equal Opportunities

MaTReC aims to treat everyone as an individual. If you feel this is not the case, please inform your tutor, member of staff or Learner Representative. We request that all learners display a caring and positive attitude to other learners and staff.

A copy of MaTReC's Equal Opportunities Policy is displayed in each teaching room and in the coffee bar.
Learner Reps

Learner Representatives play an important role in MaTReC' s Management Committee. Learner Reps are nominated, voted for and elected by learners at regular intervals throughout the year. Their role is to put the views of the learners to the Management Committee and relay information from the meeting back to the learners.

Problems or Improvements

Should you have any problems, you can see any member of staff or a learner rep. Any suggestions, thoughts, ideas or improvements can be put in the learner rep folder in reception. If you have a health problem that may affect you whilst at MaTReC, please inform your tutor/tutor's as this information may be vital to them in the future.

Expanded versions of the LEARNER CHARTER are on the Learners' notice boards, located in the coffee bar.
