Equal Opportunities MaTReC aims to treat everyone as an individual. If you feel this is not the case, please inform your tutor, member of staff or Learner Representative. We request that all learners display a caring and positive attitude to other learners and staff. A copy of MaTReC's Equal Opportunities Policy is displayed in each teaching room and in the coffee bar. |
Learner Reps Learner Representatives play an important role in MaTReC' s Management Committee. Learner Reps are nominated, voted for and elected by learners at regular intervals throughout the year. Their role is to put the views of the learners to the Management Committee and relay information from the meeting back to the learners. |
